Culinary Choice Architecture

Making healthy choices easy choices through architecture is already used in our built environment (e.g. promoted stair usage). In Worcester choice architecture is introduced to restaurants with the project WooFood.

Restaurants can apply to become WooFood certified, which indicates healthy dining options for customers. WooFood criteria include healthy portion sizes, meals with lot’s of fruits & veggies, cooking with whole grains, healthful fats, more entrees with seafood and less with meat…
