The Shanghai Blood Center created this fold-up poster in order to increase blood donations. Pedestrians can help the falling person in the poster which symbolizes the key message: If you donate blood now you and your family will be able to use blood at an emergency.
Nobody’s Immune to Breast Cancer
… and even superwomen have to do their monthly self-examination. The poster series was created for ALCC, a non-profit organization in Mozambique, in order to promote breast cancer awareness.
This poster was designed for the National Health Service UK by designer Adam Taylor.
You don’t know what you got till it’s gone
Lindsey Dole created a poster series addressing women’s health, environmental reform, economic struggle, and war. All images were inspired by a song, in this case Joni Mitchell’s Big Yellow Taxi. The poster looks like a Jugendstil silk painting to me and reminds me that we often don’t appreciate our healthy body until we got sick.

Illustrating a point is a poster collection around public health issues created for the Rollins School of Public Health. The posters are exhibited at the Claudia Nance Rollins Building on Emory University and health messages are spread regarding handwashing, obesity, mental health, safe sex and tobacco use.
The anti-smoking poster by the Vermont Department of Health targets pregnant women and people who smoke around pregnant women.
Don’t Drive Sleepy is a new campaign by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation. The poster series transports it’s main message through showcasing the perspective of a sleepy driver with nearly closed eyes. The mostly black poster caught my attention and demonstrates the traffic safety risk using my imagination what happens next.
In collaboration with Creative Director Brian Lightbody I created the poster “Safe Under the Sun” for the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. The poster was conceptualized for a Youth Science competition to find innovative solutions for pressing global problems.
The poster features the sun as a U-view protection badge. The invented badge translates sun radiation into useful information about safe sun exposure and was developed by an Australien boy.

Modpod creative agency’s campaign about mental illness, sponsored by Positive Posters. This is ace and so true and mental illness can ruin so much and we need to start talking and doing and being there for people because the hurt it can cause is life ruining/changing but we can rebuild…
